The opportunity

Most campaign assets get seen for a second. Very few get used.

Packaging, launch collateral, booth displays and social content all compete for a moment of attention — and most of them stay one-way. People look, then move on.

The useful question isn't how do we add AR? It's what would make people pick this up and interact with it? When the pack, the card or the booth becomes something people hold, explore and share, the campaign stops being an impression and becomes an experience.

  • 01

    From attention to time spent

Our recent launch and event experiences averaged 83–87 seconds of engagement per visit — far beyond the glance most printed and outdoor assets get.

  • 02

    Physical assets become a doorway

A bottle, box, event card or display opens into film, product education, e-commerce, WhatsApp and social — on the phone already in your audience's hand.

  • 03

    Something you can actually measure

Scans, engagement time and clicks on every call to action are tracked, so the experience reports like the rest of your campaign.

What we create

Built around your campaign moment — not around the technology.

  • Product launches

Turn launch collateral into an interactive introduction to the product — film, key benefits, regimen and where to buy, in one experience.

    Clé de Peau Beauté

  • Packaging activation

Let consumers scan the pack to unlock content that gives the product a reason to be talked about long after it leaves the shelf.

    Sepoy & Co. · Choco-Pie · Oreo

  • Brand activations & events

Give booth visitors and guests something to do, not just something to look at — built to load fast and work across real devices in busy venues.

Floridina at Jakarta Fair · Heineken

  • Interactive storytelling

Make the brand story something people step into: heritage, ingredients or the people behind the product, told through the product itself.

Sepoy & Co. · British Brow Bar

  • Retail & point of sale

Connect shelves, displays and in-store materials to product demos, education and a direct path to purchase.

  • Social & digital campaigns

Moments designed to be filmed and shared, extending a campaign's reach beyond the people who were there in person.

Selected work

Real campaigns. Real brands. Measured results.

Clé de Peau Beauté · Shiseido Group · Luxury beauty launch, Jakarta

  • 14+interactive pathways

“Our guests were genuinely amazed by the interactive experience on the table cards, and many had never seen anything like it before.”

More brand experiences

Why InReality

Not a filter. A campaign experience.

An AR effect is easy to make. An experience that fits the brand, survives a launch-day crowd and gives you numbers to report is a different job.

A basic AR effect What we build
A template effect, lightly branded A concept built around your objective and brand — often one we propose, as for Clé de Peau Beauté and British Brow Bar
One animation, then it's over A journey: film, product education, shop, WhatsApp and social in one experience — 33 digital objects and 14+ pathways for one launch card
“Works on my phone” Tested across real devices for real conditions — 15+ devices for Floridina's Jakarta Fair activation; a 30 MB launch film optimised to 6 MB to load in the room
Launched and forgotten Scans, engagement time and CTA clicks tracked, so you can report results
  • Track record

125+ immersive projects for 70+ brands, including campaigns for FMCG, luxury beauty and premium beverage brands in Indonesia, India and Singapore.

  • Concept to launch, one team

Creative concept, 3D and animation, WebAR development, testing and analytics — handled by our Jakarta-based team, so nothing gets lost between vendors.

  • No app, less friction

Experiences open in the browser from a QR code, pack, card or link. One scan between your audience and the experience.

  • Works with your agency

We can lead the experience end-to-end or slot in as the immersive production partner alongside your creative and media agencies.

How it works

From brief to launch in four steps.

  1. Tell us about the campaign

Objective, audience, timing, channels and constraints. The more we know, the sharper the recommendation.

  2. Define the experience

We recommend the interaction, creative approach and technology that fit the objective and budget — and show you what it will look like.

  3. Design, build & test

3D, animation and development, then testing on the devices your audience actually uses before anything goes live.

  4. Launch & report

We deliver the QR codes, links and assets, support the rollout, and track scans and engagement through the campaign.

Planning ahead? Recent brand experiences took from about one month (an event launch) to about three months (a packaging activation). If your launch date is fixed, the best time to brief us is now.

Project enquiry

Tell us about your upcoming campaign.

A few details on the objective, timing and budget let us come back with a relevant recommendation — not a generic deck.

  1. We review your brief and what you're trying to achieve.
  2. We come back with questions and an initial direction.
  3. We set up a discovery call to shape the right experience together.
About you

The project

What's your approximate budget for this project?

An approximate range helps us recommend an experience that fits your objectives and timeline.

Sending opens WhatsApp with your brief already written, so it reaches our team directly. Your details are only used to respond to this enquiry. Bahasa Indonesia juga boleh.

Questions

What marketing teams usually ask first.

Do people need to download an app?

No. We build campaign experiences as WebAR, which opens in the phone's browser from a QR code, a pack, a printed card or a link. Removing the app download keeps the step between seeing the campaign and experiencing it as short as possible.

How far ahead should we brief you?

Recent brand experiences have taken from about one month (an event launch card for Clé de Peau Beauté) to about three months (a packaging activation for Floridina at Jakarta Fair), depending on creative complexity and testing. If your launch date is fixed, brief us as early as you can.

What does a campaign experience cost?

Cost follows scope. A single packaging trigger and a multi-stage launch experience with custom 3D, video and e-commerce are very different builds. Share an approximate budget range when you brief us and we will recommend what can be achieved well within it.

Can you work with our creative or media agency?

Yes. We can work directly with your brand team, or alongside your agency as the AR and interactive production partner, taking the idea from concept through 3D, development, testing and launch.

Do you only work in Jakarta?

Our team is based in Jakarta, but WebAR has no geographic limit: it runs wherever your audience's phones are. We have delivered brand experiences for campaigns in Indonesia, India and Singapore.

How do we know if it worked?

We track how people use the experience — scans, engagement time and clicks on calls to action such as shop, WhatsApp or social — so you can report on it alongside the rest of your campaign.

Have a campaign coming up?

Let's build something people remember.

Tell us what you're launching, when, and what success looks like. We'll tell you how we'd make people interact with it.
