How InReality Solutions Delivered a Complete 46-Panorama Immersive Property Experience for Cluster Eropa in Just 28 Days

How do you create a complete immersive sales experience for a major property launch when the development is still under construction and you have only 28 days to deliver?

That was the challenge facing Cluster Eropa at Pesona Indah Cemara.

With the launch date approaching, the project team needed a way for prospective buyers to experience three future property types before the physical development was complete.

InReality Solutions was approached to create the solution.

Starting from basic architectural SketchUp models and AI-generated visual references, our team developed the complete interior and exterior environments, produced 46 photorealistic 360° panoramic renders, designed a custom user experience, and transformed the project into an immersive property sales platform.

The experience allowed prospective buyers to virtually explore three different property types, understand room dimensions, navigate using interactive floor plans, watch marketing videos, download sales materials, contact the marketing team, and even experience the future development in virtual reality.

During development, our team identified that the originally planned 34 panoramic environments would not provide the smooth and intuitive navigation experience we wanted to deliver.

Rather than limiting the project to the minimum contractual scope, InReality Solutions expanded the experience to 46 panoramic environments to improve navigation, increase coverage, and ensure the final result met our internal quality standards.

The complete project—from architectural visualization and panoramic rendering to UI/UX, virtual tour development, VR implementation support, testing, and deployment—was delivered in exactly 28 days.

Following the launch, the Project Director personally contacted InReality Solutions to commend the completed work and shared that senior directors visiting from Jakarta had also been highly impressed by the quality, functionality, and overall experience of the virtual tour.

The result was more than a pre-construction virtual tour. It was a complete immersive property sales experience delivered under an extremely demanding timeline without compromising the quality of the final product.

The Challenge: Creating a Complete Property Experience Before Launch

Cluster Eropa is a new residential development within Pesona Indah Cemara in Medan.

At the time InReality Solutions was commissioned for the project, the cluster was still under development.

Physical properties were not yet available for prospective buyers to fully explore.

However, the project was approaching an important launch deadline.

The marketing team needed a way to communicate three different future property types:

Cambridge

  • Land Area: 90 m²
  • Building Area: 129 m²
  • 3 Bedrooms
  • 3 Bathrooms

Barcelona

  • Land Area: 120 m²
  • Building Area: 169 m²
  • 4 Bedrooms
  • 4 Bathrooms

Amsterdam

  • Land Area: 150 m²
  • Building Area: 206 m²
  • 5 Bedrooms
  • 6 Bathrooms

Prospective buyers needed to understand significantly more than basic property specifications.

They needed to visualize the interiors.

They needed to understand the size of different spaces.

They needed to see the relationship between rooms.

They needed to explore the future exterior environment.

They needed to compare three different property types.

And the sales team needed an effective way to communicate all of this information.

The challenge was considerable.

InReality Solutions had only 28 days to build the entire experience.

Choosing a New Virtual Tour Partner

Pesona Indah Cemara already had previous experience working with virtual tour providers.

When the Project Director considered appointing InReality Solutions, other members of the organization questioned why the project needed a new vendor when an existing virtual tour provider was already available.

However, after reviewing the InReality Solutions portfolio and discussing our capabilities directly with our team, the Project Director decided to take a different approach.

He placed his trust in InReality Solutions to deliver the Cluster Eropa experience.

The project moved quickly.

Within approximately one week of the initial contact, the project had been discussed, agreed upon, and commissioned.

From that point, InReality Solutions had 28 days from receiving the project assets to final delivery.

Starting with Basic Architectural Models

The SketchUp models provided to InReality Solutions contained the basic architectural structures of the three property types.

They included fundamental elements such as:

  • Walls
  • Doors
  • Basic building structures
  • Exterior architectural forms

However, the complete environments did not yet exist.

The interiors needed to be created.

Furniture needed to be incorporated.

Materials needed to be applied.

Lighting needed to be developed.

Decorative elements needed to be added.

Exterior environments needed to be visualized.

Landscaping needed to be created.

The playground and public areas needed to be developed.

The overall environment needed to feel like a complete future property development.

InReality Solutions was responsible for transforming these basic architectural assets into complete, immersive 3D environments.

Translating AI-Generated References into Complete 360° Environments

The client provided AI-generated reference images to communicate the intended visual direction for the development.

However, an AI-generated image provides only a single visual perspective.

A 360° panoramic environment must function from every viewing direction.

Furniture needs to fit realistically within the architectural space.

Materials need to remain visually consistent.

Lighting needs to work throughout the complete environment.

Interior elements need to make sense regardless of where the user looks.

The entire environment needs to remain consistent from one panoramic location to another.

InReality Solutions therefore needed to interpret the client’s reference images and transform them into complete three-dimensional environments.

This process was completed for all three property types as well as the exterior areas of the Cluster Eropa development.

An End-to-End Visualization and Development Project

InReality Solutions handled the entire project from beginning to end.

Our responsibilities included:

  • Architectural asset processing
  • Interior visualization
  • Exterior visualization
  • 3D environment development
  • Furniture and asset integration
  • Materials
  • Lighting
  • Landscaping
  • Panoramic rendering
  • Post-production
  • UI/UX design
  • Interactive floor plan integration
  • Radar navigation
  • Dimensional visualization
  • Video integration
  • Brochure integration
  • Contact functionality
  • Live Guided Tours
  • Deep Sharing
  • Desktop optimization
  • Mobile optimization
  • VR compatibility
  • VR headset recommendations and support
  • Testing
  • Deployment

The entire process was handled by InReality Solutions.

Completing the Entire Project in 28 Days

The greatest challenge of the Cluster Eropa project was time.

InReality Solutions had exactly four weeks from receiving the project assets to final delivery.

Within those 28 days, our team needed to create the complete visual environments for three different property types, develop the exterior environment, complete the panoramic rendering process, respond to revisions, design the UI/UX, build the virtual experience, integrate the interactive functionality, test the platform, and prepare it for deployment.

The deadline was directly connected to the launch of Cluster Eropa.

There was no opportunity for significant delays.

To meet the deadline, InReality Solutions deployed a dedicated project team.

Five team members focused on visualization and rendering.

Two additional team members focused on UI/UX, virtual tour development, stitching, integration, and deployment.

Our previous experience with large-scale immersive property projects allowed us to establish the required workflow immediately.

There was no lengthy period of experimentation.

We understood what needed to be created, how the buyer journey needed to function, and how the complete project needed to be structured.

This allowed our team to move quickly while maintaining the quality required for a major property launch.

From 34 Planned Panoramas to 46 Completed Environments

The original project scope consisted of 34 panoramic renders.

However, during development, InReality Solutions identified a problem.

Although the planned panoramic coverage technically allowed users to explore the properties, the movement between certain locations did not feel as smooth and natural as it should.

The objective was not simply to fulfill the minimum contracted requirements.

The objective was to deliver an experience that was intuitive, impressive, and worthy of both the Pesona Indah Cemara and InReality Solutions brands.

Our team therefore made the decision to expand the panoramic coverage.

The completed experience incorporated 46 panoramic environments.

That represented 12 additional panoramic locations beyond the originally planned scope.

The additional panoramas improved:

  • Movement between locations
  • Navigation quality
  • Property coverage
  • Spatial understanding
  • Buyer experience
  • Overall immersion

The decision reflected a fundamental principle behind the InReality Solutions approach.

If an experience does not meet our internal quality standards, we would rather invest additional effort than deliver something that does not represent the quality of work we promise our clients.

Expanding the Experience to Include the Bathrooms

The original project scope also did not require the bathrooms to be created as complete 360° panoramic environments.

Due to budget considerations, these areas were initially planned to be represented using conventional two-dimensional imagery.

However, the client expressed a preference for the bathrooms to be incorporated into the complete immersive experience.

InReality Solutions agreed that including them would create a more complete buyer journey.

The bathroom environments were therefore developed as additional 360° panoramic renders without increasing the project cost.

This ensured prospective buyers could experience the properties more comprehensively rather than encountering gaps within the virtual walkthrough.

Designing the Experience Around Natural Navigation

One of the most important objectives of the project was ease of use.

The completed experience needed to be accessible not only to users familiar with immersive technology, but also to conventional property buyers.

The navigation needed to feel logical.

Information needed to be easy to find.

Movement between spaces needed to feel natural.

Users needed to understand where they were.

They needed to understand where they could go next.

And they needed to access property information without becoming confused or overwhelmed.

The entire UI/UX was therefore designed around the prospective buyer journey.

The final result allowed users to move naturally between the different areas while accessing relevant information and sales functionality throughout the experience.

Creating a Greater Sense of Space

During development, the client identified another important requirement.

The interior spaces needed to communicate their available size effectively.

One of the potential limitations of 360° property visualization is that incorrect panoramic placement or field-of-view configuration can make spaces appear smaller or more confined than they actually are.

InReality Solutions addressed this challenge technically.

Because the furniture layouts needed to remain consistent with the client’s design requirements, the solution was not to artificially change the interior composition.

Instead, our team strategically selected the panoramic viewing locations and configured the field of view to better communicate the actual sense of space within each property.

This helped users better understand the size and openness of the rooms they were exploring.

Interactive Dimensional Visualization

The Cluster Eropa experience also incorporated interactive dimensional information.

One of the challenges prospective buyers face when evaluating a future property is understanding scale.

Static images may show a visually attractive room.

But they do not necessarily communicate the actual dimensions of the space.

InReality Solutions incorporated predetermined measurements directly into the panoramic experience.

Users could view dimensions by hovering over relevant areas.

The measurements were positioned at eye level to make them easy to understand during exploration.

Users could also activate a setting that kept the dimensions permanently visible.

This allowed prospective buyers to better understand the size and proportions of the spaces they were considering purchasing.

Complete Information for Three Property Types

The virtual experience brought together relevant information for Cambridge, Barcelona, and Amsterdam within one platform.

Prospective buyers could access information including:

  • Land size
  • Building size
  • Number of bedrooms
  • Number of bathrooms
  • Property layouts
  • Floor plans
  • Property information
  • Development information
  • Facilities
  • Marketing materials

This allowed users to move between immersive exploration and detailed property information without needing to leave the experience.

Interactive Floor Plans and Radar Navigation

The experience incorporated interactive floor plans with radar navigation.

As users moved between panoramic locations, the interface helped them understand:

  • Their current location
  • The room or area being explored
  • Their viewing direction
  • The relationship between different spaces
  • The overall property layout

This functionality was particularly important because the experience covered three different property types and extensive exterior areas.

The interactive navigation helped make the platform intuitive even for users unfamiliar with virtual tour technology.

Site Plan Integration

In addition to individual property floor plans, the experience incorporated the Cluster Eropa site plan.

This helped prospective buyers understand the broader development.

Users could better visualize the location of properties, exterior areas, and other relevant parts of the cluster.

Combining immersive visualization with site plan navigation created a clearer understanding of both the individual properties and the development as a whole.

Marketing Videos for Every Property Type

The experience also incorporated marketing videos for each of the three property types.

Users could access relevant video content directly within the immersive platform.

This provided an additional method of communicating the features and characteristics of Cambridge, Barcelona, and Amsterdam.

Rather than separating immersive exploration, property information, and video marketing into different platforms, the content was brought together within one digital experience.

Downloadable Brochures and Sales Materials

Prospective buyers could also access the Cluster Eropa brochure directly from the virtual experience.

This allowed users to move naturally between immersive property exploration and conventional sales information.

Relevant marketing materials remained easily accessible throughout the buyer journey.

Live Guided Tours

The Cluster Eropa experience incorporated Live Guided Tour functionality.

This allowed the sales team to remotely guide prospective buyers through the virtual properties.

Sales representatives could:

  • Present the three property types
  • Move between panoramic locations
  • Explain different spaces
  • Demonstrate room dimensions
  • Show floor plans
  • Discuss property information
  • Answer buyer questions
  • Communicate directly with prospective buyers

The functionality transformed the platform from a self-guided virtual experience into an interactive remote sales presentation tool.

Deep Sharing for Precise Property Communication

The experience also incorporated Deep Sharing functionality.

Users and sales representatives could share specific locations and viewing directions within the virtual experience.

Instead of simply sending someone to the beginning of the tour, a specific view could be shared.

This could help users and sales representatives discuss:

  • Specific rooms
  • Property features
  • Interior areas
  • Dimensions
  • Exterior locations
  • Other relevant areas

The recipient could be taken directly to the relevant panoramic location and viewing direction.

Direct Connection to Sales and Digital Channels

The experience incorporated direct connections to relevant communication and digital channels.

Users could access the available contact and social functionality without leaving the buyer journey.

This helped create a clear transition between exploring the future development and communicating directly with the marketing team.

Custom UI/UX for Cluster Eropa

The entire user interface and user experience was custom-designed by InReality Solutions.

The interface was created around the Cluster Eropa branding and the requirements of the property buyer journey.

The experience needed to incorporate significant amounts of information and functionality without becoming confusing.

The completed platform integrated:

  • Property selection
  • Panoramic navigation
  • Floor plans
  • Radar functionality
  • Site plans
  • Dimensions
  • Videos
  • Brochures
  • Live Guided Tours
  • Deep Sharing
  • Contact functionality

The objective was to make the experience logical, intuitive, and easy to navigate.

According to the client’s feedback, this became one of the strongest characteristics of the final platform.

Separate Mobile and Desktop Experiences

InReality Solutions developed the experience for desktop and mobile devices.

The interface, menus, information windows, floor plans, navigation, and other functionality were optimized for different screen sizes and interaction methods.

The experience could be accessed through:

  • Desktop computers
  • Laptops
  • Smartphones
  • Tablets
  • Compatible VR headsets

This allowed the same platform to support different stages of the property sales process.

Supporting the Client’s VR Implementation

The Project Director was particularly interested in using the experience through virtual reality.

InReality Solutions therefore provided additional consultation regarding suitable VR hardware.

Our team recommended the Meta Quest 3 because of its versatility and ability to operate as a standalone wireless VR headset.

In addition to providing the recommendation, InReality Solutions supported the client with:

  • Headset selection
  • Setup
  • Virtual tour access
  • Navigation
  • Usage guidance

This helped ensure the client could effectively use the immersive experience through VR rather than simply receiving a technically compatible platform without the knowledge required to implement it.

Last-Minute Structural Changes Before Launch

Approximately one week before launch, InReality Solutions received important changes regarding parts of the exterior development.

Certain corner properties had originally been represented according to the provided SketchUp models.

However, the project team subsequently clarified that walls shown in the original architectural assets would not exist in the final development.

This meant the sides of certain properties needed to become visible from intersection locations.

The changes affected the exterior visualization and required modifications to the relevant environments.

Despite receiving these changes approximately one week before the launch, InReality Solutions incorporated the updates while maintaining the required delivery schedule.

Four to Five Major Revision Rounds

Certain panoramic environments underwent approximately four to five major rounds of revisions.

These revisions occurred within the same 28-day project timeline.

The InReality Solutions team needed to simultaneously manage:

  • Visualization
  • Rendering
  • Client feedback
  • Revisions
  • Additional panoramic environments
  • Structural changes
  • UI/UX development
  • Interactive functionality
  • VR implementation
  • Testing
  • Deployment

Despite the compressed schedule, the complete experience was delivered in time for the Cluster Eropa launch.

Used Across the Website, Marketing Gallery, Exhibitions, and Sales Presentations

The completed Cluster Eropa virtual experience was designed for use across multiple marketing and sales channels.

These included:

  • Pesona Indah Cemara website
  • Marketing gallery
  • Sales presentations
  • Exhibitions
  • Tablets and digital devices
  • VR experiences

This allowed one immersive platform to support both independent property exploration and sales-assisted presentations.

The Client Response

The completed experience received a highly positive response from the Pesona Indah Cemara project team.

The Project Director was particularly pleased with:

  • The visual quality
  • The amount of information available
  • The intuitive navigation
  • The logical user experience
  • The functionality
  • The overall immersive experience

The platform made extensive property information available without making the experience feel confusing or difficult to use.

Following completion, the Project Director personally contacted InReality Solutions to commend the work.

Senior Management Response

The Cluster Eropa launch was also attended by senior directors visiting from Jakarta.

Before appointing InReality Solutions, the Project Director had faced questions regarding why he wanted to use a new virtual tour provider when the organization already had previous vendors available.

However, after seeing the completed Cluster Eropa experience, the response from senior management was highly positive.

According to feedback relayed directly to InReality Solutions by the Project Director, the visiting senior directors were impressed by the quality and functionality of the completed experience.

They were particularly interested in how the project had been created and which company had developed it.

For the Project Director, the decision to place his trust in a new virtual tour partner had been validated.

For InReality Solutions, the response demonstrated the value of delivering beyond minimum contractual requirements and maintaining a strong internal standard for the work carrying our name.
